We purchase a Spa from David at Spas Unlimited. He was very helpful in aiding us in our choice and budget. You can tell this family owned business (there is a reason they’ve been in business since the 70’s) really takes pride in helping their clients in meeting their needs. The delivery team was Amazing, they were early and super efficient. Some of the friendly guys l’ve every worked with they made sure we had good understanding of how to operate our new spa. We hit a snag on Electrical hook up day as the circuit board was bad. I reached out to David (owner) on Sunday and he actually replied and told me he would have Brett come out tomorrow and get us up and running. Brett showed up and he was a polite and efficient man. I watched over his shoulder and he told me everything he was doing, very professional. He got us up and running and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to everyone who helped us with our purchase and getting us set up to enjoy and relax.

“About a year ago I purchased a spa from David Lessing and then 10 months later when the spa was still under warranty, a major water event in my back yard flooded the area where the spa was set up. Needless to say I had been advised by the Spas Unlimited delivery man that elevating my spa was not necessary. Needless to say, he should have advised me to raise the area because even this minor water event got the motor and circuit board wet. My lovely spa stopped working. I called Spas Unlimited to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs, alas, the warranty did not cover water damage. Again the team at Spas Unlimited provided a solution. Brett, the most amazing and courteous maintenance repair person fixed my spa. It was tough to get him scheduled as he was booked for at least a month. We set up a time, his soonest appointment and he arrived on time. He worked tirelessly and I was so grateful that he brought the parts he thought he might need along so he didn’t have to return to install the new motor and circuit board. All in all, the repair job has proven stellar and Brett was a prince of a person in all respects!”

“Very positive experience with both sales and delivery. I did not feel pressured to purchase something outside of my budget. Delivery and set up exceeded my expectations. I give Spas Unlimited 5 stars, but the manufacturer only 3.5. I purchased a Viking Legend 2. Pros: Kids love the multi-colored LEDs, seems well insulated and made in the USA. Cons: Was disappointed in the design and quality control of the waterfall feature. There are 2 jets that are supposed to direct water down the center of the water feature, but one jet is severely angled to the side causing water to go all over the place and splash your face. Sounds like a small thing, but clearly limited quality control at the factory. There is no way anyone tested this prior to shipping to the distributor. The control panel is only lit in the center making it very difficult to see the surrounding buttons at night (I did not have this issue with my prior Balboa control panel). The area that is designed to “lay back” is a below-average design. My prior spa had a nice slope that allowed your legs to naturally bend and keep your center of balance. This design is more like lying back almost flat, which causes your legs to float. If I had to purchase again, I would have done more research and spent a little more to get a better-designed product as I had previously. Would gladly buy from Spas Unlimited again. My fault for not researching further and trying to get something on the lower end of the budget.”
