“About a year ago I purchased a spa from David Lessing and then 10 months later when the spa was still under warranty, a major water event in my back yard flooded the area where the spa was set up. Needless to say I had been advised by the Spas Unlimited delivery man that elevating my spa was not necessary. Needless to say, he should have advised me to raise the area because even this minor water event got the motor and circuit board wet. My lovely spa stopped working. I called Spas Unlimited to find out if my warranty would cover the repairs, alas, the warranty did not cover water damage. Again the team at Spas Unlimited provided a solution. Brett, the most amazing and courteous maintenance repair person fixed my spa. It was tough to get him scheduled as he was booked for at least a month. We set up a time, his soonest appointment and he arrived on time. He worked tirelessly and I was so grateful that he brought the parts he thought he might need along so he didn’t have to return to install the new motor and circuit board. All in all, the repair job has proven stellar and Brett was a prince of a person in all respects!”
